Alexander Pantig is an associate attorney at Chase Law Group. His focus is on business law matters, such as structuring corporations and limited liability companies (LLCs), drafting customized contracts for business owners, and assisting employers in setting up and restructuring employment programs to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Prior to joining Chase Law Group, Alexander served as in-house counsel for the Cesar Chavez Foundation. He managed their corporate compliance and licensing units, reviewed contracts, attained builder contractor licenses in several states, and achieved certification as a Community Housing Development Organization.
Alexander earned his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2014. While in school, he served as President and Treasurer for the Volunteer Law Student Association and as an intern for the Sixth District Texas Court of Appeals in Texarkana.
He graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a minor in Criminology. Alexander is a member of the American Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, and Asian Pacific American Bar Association.
